Fur coats and boots and Armani sunglasses,
Saks 5th Ave boxes tied up with bling,
These are a few of my favorite things.
Dark chocolate cupcakes and warm apple tarts,
Perfume and high heels and makeup and scarves,
Cadillac’s that ride so smooth that they sing,
These are a few of my favorite things.
Girlfriends in black dresses wearing spanx on their asses,
Sun rays that glow on my face and eyelashes,
Amber bright autumns that are the color of my ring,
These are a few of my favorite things.
When my son calls,
When the wine’s gone,
When I’m feeling mad,
I simply remember my favorite things and then I don’t feel so bad.
